Pita Pizza with Hummus
A quick pizza on pita bread with hummus as a base. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 200 g hummus
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp za'atar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Place the pita breads on a baking tray.
- Spread the hummus over the pitas.
- Top with crumbled feta, onion and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with za'atar and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
