Pita Pizza with Hummus

A quick pizza on pita bread with hummus as a base. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Pita Pizza with Hummus

Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads
  • 200 g hummus
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp za'atar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the pita breads on a baking tray.
  3. Spread the hummus over the pitas.
  4. Top with crumbled feta, onion and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with za'atar and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint.
