Chocolate Stuffed Dates
At a Moroccan wedding you get a glass of milk and a date. This is the super deluxe Toub version with chocolate!

Ingredients
- 16 medjool dates
- 100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 16 pecan nuts
- Toppings of your choice: shredded coconut, cacao nibs, caramel paste, freeze-dried raspberries, toasted sesame seeds, crushed biscuit, dried rose petals, pistachio nuts
Instructions
- Cut the dates open and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with a pecan nut.
- Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
- Dip the dates halfway into the chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
- Let set in the refrigerator.
